I'm desperately looking for that game whose pirated name was "President". You had to deal with oil wells , enemy jets , population diseases and food production. At the end of each turn all your action would eventually give or take away points. The earned points were useful at the end of your president period at the moment of elections(very long ones).

I'm looking for an older computer game, made maybe in late 80's early 90's called HQ. Its a world war simulation game where you have three different scenarios. One for world war 1, ww2, and ww3. It was a basic graphics game where you played as either the red side or blue side. One color stood for Axis the other for Allies. This game was very cool for the time, and the only copy I had was lost when I moved from my previous house.
