Enhancements:
DHCP Redundancy now also supports French version of 2003 Server.

Bug fix:
If you had several Vendor specific options from the same vendor, the DHCP-Redundancy service did hang while syncronizing.

Enhancements:
You no longer has to put the files in c:\DHCP-Redundancy\, they can be placed anywhere on your server.
The settings are no longer stored in the file DHCP-Redundancy.ini, they are stored in the registry.

Bugs fixed in this release:
1. When the second server was restarted, not only the redundancy service, and there was a backup file from the main server ready to be imported to the second server, the second server did not syncronize until the next scheduled syncronize even though the redundancy service wrote a syncronizing message in event viewer.
2. When the second server should send an alert mail but could not connect to the mailserver, the redundancy service hung until you restarted the service.

New features in this release:
Added the function that the redundancy service can send a mail when the main dhcp service is restored and the second is stopped.
